Loyd is a Five-time WNBA All-star and Two-time WNBA champion. She is currently playing for the Seattle Storm.

In her first season for the Storm, Loyd won the WNBA Rookie of the year award 2015 averaging 10.7 points per game.

In 2018 WNBA season, Loyd was voted to the WNBA All-star game making it her first career All-star game. Loyd and the Storm finished off the 2018 season as the number 1 seed securing home-court advantage in play-offs.

After defeating the Phoenix Mercury in semi-finals, Seattle Storm advanced to the WNBA finals. Making it their first appearance since 2010.

Loyd and the Storm defeated the Washington Mystics in a three-game sweep and won the 2018 WNBA Championship. Earning Loyd her first career Championship in 2018.

On August 20, 2020, Loyd scored a career high 35 points in a loss against the Indiana Fever.

Nevertheless, Storm finished the 2020 season strong with a 18-4 record earning them a play-off berth. 

In the semi-finals, Storm swept the Minnesota Lynx to advance to the finals for the second time in three years. 

The unstoppable Storm swept the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA finals, earning Loyd her second championship.

On September 17, 2021, the 2-time WNBA champion scored a new career-high 37 points in victory against the Phoenix Mercury.

 During the same year, Loyd was named part of the 2021 All WNBA first team.

Additionally to her career accolades, Loyd also won Two World Cups (2018 & 2022) and U-17 World Championship 2010 while representing the US Women Basketball.
